IOAI 2025

The first IOAI with individual rounds. Day 1 developed the at-home task ideas to varying degrees, while Day 2 was markedly harder. The leading contestants generally secured strong scores on at least four tasks.

1. T1 · RadarExtremely close to the at-home task and an essential source of points.
2. T2 · Chicken CountingA moderate shift, though important similarities with the at-home task remained.
3. T3 · ConceptsA very challenging and relatively drastic evolution, albeit one that looked foreseeable in hindsight.
4. T4 · Restroom Icon MatchingThe hardest task: only three contestants scored at least 50 points.
5. T5 · Antique Painting AuthenticationAllowed a large score gain in very little time.
6. T6 · Pixel Parsimony ChallengeVery hard. Many high scorers used a highly optimized straightforward approach instead of the more complex intended solution.
